Manufacturer Warranty Policy

1. Comprehensive Warranty Periods

EV Sun India provides an official manufacturer replacement warranty for all fixtures purchased through this authorized store:

• Recessed Downlights (16W, 18W, 24W): 24-Month Comprehensive Replacement Warranty
• Surface-Mounted Downlights (16W, 24W, 36W): 24-Month Comprehensive Replacement Warranty
• T8 Tube Lights (9W, 18W, 30W): 24-Month Comprehensive Replacement Warranty
• LED Battens (9W, 18W): 24-Month Comprehensive Replacement Warranty
• High Bay Lights (100W, 150W, 200W): 24-Month Comprehensive Replacement Warranty
• Panel Lights (2x2, 2x4): 24-Month Comprehensive Replacement Warranty
• Vapor Weatherproof Lights (4ft): 24-Month Comprehensive Replacement Warranty
• GU10 Spotlights (8W): 12-Month Comprehensive Replacement Warranty
• E27 Screw Bulbs (9W, 30W): 12-Month Comprehensive Replacement Warranty

2. Warranty Coverage Inclusions

Warranty covers electronic driver failure, internal electrical defects, LED component breakdown, and significant luminous decay exceeding normal operating parameters.

In the event of a covered defect, EV Sun India will provide a brand-new replacement unit at no cost to the customer.

3. Exclusions & Limitations

Warranty does not cover physical breakage resulting from incorrect installation, dropping, liquid immersion beyond the rated IP standard, or electrical surges exceeding specified voltage limits (AC 100–277V).

Fixtures that have been disassembled, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel are excluded from warranty coverage.

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a claim, email support@evsun.in with your original Tax Invoice or Order Confirmation number. Our technical team will troubleshoot the issue and coordinate replacement dispatch.
