1. Serviceable Locations & PIN Codes
EV Sun India delivers exclusively to confirmed serviceable 6-digit PIN codes across the Republic of India. We do not provide international shipping outside India in this release.
During the checkout process, our system checks your 6-digit postal code against our active courier partner serviceability directory before accepting orders.
2. Order Dispatch & Warehouse Handling
All orders are packed in reinforced, impact-resistant industrial packaging and dispatched from our central Indian warehousing facility within 2 to 3 business days following verified payment confirmation.
Dispatch operations operate Monday through Friday, excluding Indian national and state gazetted holidays.
3. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery Threshold
The delivery charge and any applicable free-shipping threshold are shown in the checkout quotation before payment.
Delivery is available only to PIN codes accepted at checkout.
4. Transit Timelines & Delivery Tracking
Standard transit times vary between 3 to 7 business days depending on destination state and regional logistics accessibility.
Upon courier handover, our operations staff records the courier partner name and unique tracking consignment number in the system. An email notification with direct tracking details is automatically sent to the customer.
5. Transit Damage & Inspection
Customers are strongly advised to inspect the exterior package upon delivery. If conspicuous damage or tampering is observed, please photograph the package before opening and report it to support@evsun.in within 7 days.
