When you place an order or contact us, we collect necessary customer details including: full name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, postal PIN code, and optional business name and GSTIN for corporate invoicing.
We do not collect, process, or store raw credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs. All payment transactions are handled directly through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
2. How Your Information is Used
Your data is used strictly for:
- Processing, confirming, and fulfilling your lighting fixture orders.
- Generating compliant GST tax invoices.
- Coordinating delivery with surface courier partners.
- Communicating tracking updates and responding to customer support inquiries.
- Complying with statutory financial reporting and accounting requirements in India.
3. Third-Party Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.
Data is shared only with vetted operational partners strictly required for order fulfillment: courier logistics services and payment gateway processors.
4. Data Security & Retention
All customer data is stored securely using PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) and encrypted transport (TLS 1.3). Order and invoice records are retained in accordance with Indian commercial tax compliance mandates.
